Wise Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') processes and safely manages personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations to protect the freedom and rights of information subjects. By Article 30 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」, the Company establishes and discloses the following personal information processing policy to guide information subjects on the procedures and standards for processing personal information and to promptly and smoothly handle grievances in this regard.

1. Purpose of processing personal information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and if the purpose of use is changed, we will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent by Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
1) Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed to confirm the intention to join the membership, identify and authenticate the person by the provision of membership services, maintain and manage membership, prevent unauthorized use of services, provide various notices and notifications, and handle grievances.
2) Provision of delivery/return processing services
We process personal information to provide shipping/return processing services (store connection, carrier connection, simplified export declaration agency), providing customized services, identification, payment, and settlement, and provide personal information of exporters/importers or shippers/orderers to logistics service providers to provide services.
3) Provision of WISE COMMERCE platform add-ons
Personal information is processed and provided to the company's internal integrated management system to provide functions for WISE COMMERCE platform add-ons.
4) Utilization for marketing, advertising, and statistical purposes
We process personal information to develop new services and provide customized services, providing event and advertising information and participation opportunities, and identifying access frequency, or statistics on members' use of services.
2. Processing and retention period of personal information
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information by laws and regulations or the period of retention and use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.
The processing and retention periods for each personal information are as follows
1) Member registration and management
Up to 1 year after the last login or last service use
2) Provision of delivery/return processing services
Until the completion of the delivery/return processing service, payment and settlement, and withdrawal from the membership.
3) Providing WISE COMMERCE platform add-ons
Until withdrawal of membership with the consent of the information subject
4) Utilization for marketing, advertising, and statistical purposes
Until withdrawal of membership with the consent of the information subject

- Optional items: name, email address, phone number, company name, address, inquiry contents
5) In the process of using the service, the following personal information items may be automatically generated and collected.
- Required items: Operating system information (system name and version), browser name and version, device identifier, visit history, service use history, fraudulent use history, and access IP information,
4. Matters concerning the processing of personal information of children under the age of 14
The Company does not provide services to children under the age of 14.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company processes the personal information of the information subject only within the scope specified in the purpose of processing the personal information, and provides the personal information to a third party only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as the consent of the information subject or special provisions of the law, and otherwise does not provide the personal information of the information subject to a third party.
To provide smooth service, the Company shall obtain the consent of the information subject in the following cases and provide it only to the minimum extent necessary.
The Company may provide personal information to related organizations without the consent of the information subject in the event of an emergency such as a disaster, infectious disease, an event or accident that poses an imminent risk to life or body, or an imminent loss of property.

By Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, when entering into a consignment agreement, the Company specifies in documents such as contracts the prohibition of processing personal information other than to perform consignment work, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-consignment, management, and supervision of the consignee, and responsibilities such as compensation for damages, and supervises the consignee's safe handling of personal information.
If the contents of the consignment work or the consignee change, we will disclose it through this privacy policy without delay.
7. Transfer of Personal Information Overseas
The Company transfers the personal information of the information subject overseas as follows.

8. Procedures and methods for destroying personal information
The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the purpose of processing.
If the personal information retention period agreed to by the information subject has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, but the personal information must continue to be preserved by other laws and regulations, the personal information shall be transferred to a separate database (DB) or preserved in a different storage location.
The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.
1) Procedure for destruction
The Company selects the personal information for which the reason for destruction has occurred and destroys the personal information with the approval of the personal information protection officer of Wise Commerce Service.
2) Method of Destruction
The Company destroys personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files so that the records cannot be reproduced, and destroys personal information recorded and stored in paper documents by shredding or incinerating them.
9. Measures for the destruction of personal information of non-users
The Company stores and manages the information of users who have not used the service for one year separately from the personal information of other users until the retention period prescribed by the law has elapsed.
If you do not want to store and manage your personal information separately, please log in to the service before the expiration of the period.
10. Matters concerning the rights and obligations of the information subject and legal representative and how to exercise them
The information subject may exercise rights such as viewing, correcting, deleting, processing, and requesting suspension of personal information at any time against the Company.
The exercise of rights may be made in writing, telephone, e-mail, internet, etc. by Article 41 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act against the Company, and the Company will take action without delay.
The exercise of the right may be made through an agent such as the legal representative of the information subject or a delegated person. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in the form of Appendix No. 11 to the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Requests for access to personal information and suspension of processing may limit the rights of the information subject under Article 35 (5) and Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
A request for correction or deletion of personal information cannot be made if the personal information is specified as the subject of collection under other laws.
The Company shall verify that the person making the request, such as a request for access by the rights of the information subject, a request for correction or deletion, or a request for suspension of processing, is the person or a legitimate representative.
11. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information.

1) The Company uses cookies to provide members with login convenience and to store and retrieve usage information for statistical analysis of service use.
